LONDON (Alliance News) - International oil and gas exploration and production company Serica Energy PLC Friday said the trustees of its incentive plan had bought shares for its employees, and allocated some to senior managers as follows:
Finance Director Christopher Hearne and Chief Operating Officer Mitchell Flegg both got 2,499 shares at an average price of 18 pence per share on Wednesday.
Hearne now has a total shareholding of more than 1 million shares, with a 0.42% interest in the company. Flegg holds a total of 298,964 shares, representing a 0.12% stake.
Serica Energy shares were trading 7.5% higher Friday afternoon at 18.00 pence per share.
