LONDON (Alliance News) - Pharmaceutical company GlaxoSmithKline PLC said Claire Thomas - its senior vice president of human resources - sold 40,000 shares at a price of 1,594.62 pence per share on Tuesday.
It has not been disclosed how many shares Thomas now holds in the FTSE 100-listed company following the GBP637,848 deal.
Shares in GSK were trading up 0.1% at 1,605.00 pence each on Wednesday.
