LONDON (Alliance News) - Seeing Machines Limited said Tuesday that, following a sale on Monday, Volvo Group Venture Capital AB no longer holds a notifiable interest in the technology company.
Seeing Machines also said non-executive director Michael Roberts bought 1.3 million shares Monday at 3.75 pence per share. Roberts now holds 15.7 million shares in the company, representing approximately 3.12% of the total.
Seeing Machine creates vision-based human machine interfaces. Its shares were trading early Tuesday at 4.50 pence, down 0.25p or 5.3%.
