LONDON (Alliance News) - Seeing Machines Limited Tuesday said Non-Executive Director David Gaul bought 100,000 shares at a price of 6 pence per share Friday.
Following this transaction, Gaul now holds 3.1 million shares, which represents 0.38% stake in the firm.
Shares in the IT services company were down 0.9% at 5.82p Tuesday morning.
