LONDON (Alliance News) - Investment fund Securities Trust of Scotland PLC said on Thursday Non-Executive Director John Evans bought shares in the company on Wednesday.
Evans bought 50,000 shares at 148.00 pence. His total beneficial interest in the company following the transaction now totals 50,000 shares, or a 0.04% stake.
Securities Trust of Scotland shares were down 0.1% at 150.31p on Thursday.
