DIRECTOR DEALINGS: SDL Chief Executive Officer Hernandez Buys Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - SDL PLC said that its Chief Executive Officer Adolfo Hernandez bought shares in the language translation technology, services and content management company in transaction on Wednesday.

Hernandez purchased 20,000 shares at a price of 386.00 pence per share, worth GBP77,200. Following the transaction, Hernandez held 0.2% interest in SDL, representing 140,000 shares, the company said.

Shares in SDL closed down 3.5% at 386.00p each on Wednesday.
