Imperial Brands PLC - Bristol-headquartered tobacco and smoking products - Non-Executive Director Robert Kunze-Concewitz buys 10,000 shares at GBP15.58, worth GBP155,837, on Thursday.

Indivior PLC - Richmond, Virginia-based pharmaceuticals - Chair Graham Hetherington buys 29,220 shares at GBP1.71, worth GBP50,025, on Wednesday. Hetherington now has 79,220 shares. Meanwhile, Scopia Capital Management LP and Scopia Management Inc sells 122,386 shares at GBP1.72, worth GBP210,614, on Tuesday. Scopia had sold 184,219 shares on Monday. It has a stake of about 16%. Jerome Lande, a Scopia partner, represents Indivior's largest shareholder as a non-executive director.

El-Mokadem now has 50,000 shares. The former managing director for UK & Ireland at caterer Compass Group PLC joined RWS at the end of July.

DWF Group PLC - Manchester-based law firm - Partner directors Seema Bains and Michele Cicchetti sell 262,746 and 184,999 shares, respectively, at GBP1.02 on Wednesday as part of a placing of 13.3 million shares, a 4.1% stake, at that price, worth GBP13.6 million, by DWF partners and employees.

Chenavari Toro Income Fund Ltd - invests in structured credit markets and asset backed transactions - Portfolio Manager Frederic Couderc buys 2 million shares and Loic Fery, CEO of Chenavari Investment Managers, buys 3 million. Company doesn't provide the price or date of the purchase, saying only they were "recent" and at "market price". Shares currently quoted in London at EUR0.54, making the purchases worth EUR2.7 million. The fund has a market capitalisation of about EUR160 million.
