DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Scholium Non-Executive Director Sells 573,000 Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Scholium Group PLC said Tuesday that Non-Executive Director Philip Basil Blackwell sold 573,000 ordinary shares.

Blackwell sold shares at the price of 48.00 pence each, or for a total gain of GBP275,040.

The company, which trades rate books and fine art, did not provide Blackwell's holding, if any, following the transaction.

Scholium shares were up 2.1% at 49.00 pence per share on Tuesday.
