(Alliance News) - Scapa Group PLC on Friday said Non-Executive Director Pierre Guyot purchased 15,000 shares in the company at 199.2 pence each.
Following Thursday's GBP29,880 deal, Guyot held 30,000 shares in the adhesives maker, a less than 0.1% stake.
On Wednesday, Scapa disclosed a number of share purchases by its leadership. This included a 109,700 share buy for GBP201,629 by Chief Executive Heejae Chae, who on Monday reversed his decision to retire and will instead stay with the group.
Shares in Scapa closed up 2.5% at 204.00 pence on Friday.
