LONDON (Alliance News) - Scapa Group PLC Monday said Chief Executive Heejae Chae bought 15,000 shares at a price of 128 pence per share Friday.
Following this transaction, Chae holds 515,709 shares, which represents 0.35% of the issued share capital.
The manufacturer of bonding materials also said Finance Director Paul Edwards bought 15,811 shares at 126p each and now holds 275,553 shares.
Shares were quoted at 126.74p, down 0.01% Monday morning.
