(Alliance News) - Sanne Group PLC said Friday that Chair Rupert Robson and his wife Georgina Robson bought shares in the company.
Sanne said Robson purchased 18,258 shares in the company at a price of 547 pence each while his wife purchased 4,609 shares at a price of 542p each. Together they acquired 22,867 shares worth GBP125,033 in total.
Sanne Group shares closed 0.7% down in London at 537.00 pence each on Friday.
