LONDON (Alliance News) - Sanne Group PLC Thursday said Head of Private Debt and Capital Markets Martin Schnaier sold 123,415 shares at a price of 44 pence per share on Wednesday.
Following this transaction, Schnaier now holds 740,489 shares, which represents a 0.64% stake in the group.
Shares in the outsourced corporate and fund administration provider were up 0.1% at 449.00p Thursday.
