LONDON (Alliance News) - Sage Group PLC said Chairman Donald Brydon acquired shares in the blue-ship enterprise software company in a transaction on Wednesday.
Brydon purchased 22,000 shares at a price of 514.97 pence each, worth GBP113,293.
Sage shares were trading 1.2% higher on Wednesday at 542.80p each.
Early on Wednesday, Sage reported a rise in annual revenue and profit and said it will focus on "accelerating" its transition to a software-as-a-service company in financial year 2019 - hoping to increase recurring revenue and subscriptions.
