(Alliance News) - Sage Group PLC said Tuesday that Chief Financial Officer Jonathan Howell bought 20,000 shares in the accounting software company, spending just under GBP150,000.
Howell purchased the shares at 745 pence each in a single transaction on Monday, raising his total holding to 129,660 shares.
The FTSE 100 stock was up 0.5% on Tuesday at 752.35p.
