LONDON (Alliance News) - Saga PLC said that Chairman Patrick O'Sullivan purchased 100,000 shares at a price of 128.1 pence per share on Friday.
It has not been disclosed how many shares O'Sullivan now holds following this transaction.
Shares in the FTSE 250-listed insurance and travel group were down 0.5% at 127.55 pence on Tuesday.
