LONDON (Alliance News) - Oil and gas exploration company SacOil Holdings Ltd Thursday said Chief Executive Officer Thabo Clifford Kgogo and Non-Executive Director Stephanus Muller both bought shares on Wednesday.
Kgogo bought a total of 342,000 shares for ZAR0.34 and ZAR0.35 each. Together, the transactions were worth ZAR116,931.54
Muller bought 100,000 shares for ZAR0.33, in a transaction worth ZAR33,000.
SacOil shares were trading 6.7% higher Thursday early afternoon at 2.00 pence each.
