LONDON (Alliance News) - Brewer SABMiller PLC Friday said Supply Chain & Human Resources Director Tony van Kralingen exercised options over a total of 150,000 shares of which 50,000 shares were at an option price of ZAR129.18 per share, 50,000 shares were at an option price of ZAR161.85 per share and 50,000 shares were at an option price of ZAR185.98 per share Thursday.
Van Kralingen sold the shares at ZAR600.0183 each in Johannesburg.
The stock was trading at 3,413.00 pence down 1.3% Friday.
