LONDON (Alliance News) - Brewer SABMiller PLC Thursday said Chief Executive Alan Clark exercised options over 69,746 shares at an option price of GBP8.28 per share. He then sold 34,334 shares for tax purposes at GBP34.658 each in a deal worth about GBP1.2 million gross.
Shares were down 1.9% at 3,420.00 pence Thursday.
