LONDON (Alliance News) - Recruiter RTC Group PLC Friday said two of its executives sold a total of 757,500 shares for GBP526,200 on Wednesday.
Chief Executive Officer Andy Pendlebury sold 252,500 shares at 70 pence per share and 405,000 shares at 69p each. The sales reduces his shareholding to 798,663 shares, or a 5.5% stake.
In addition, Finance Director Sarah Dye sold 100,000 Shares at a price of 70p per share. She now holds 43,000 shares, or a 0.3% stake.
The company also said Alison Chapman, a substantial shareholder in RTC, sold 147,500 shares at a price of 70p each. She now holds 1.3 million shares, representing 8.9% of the issued share capital.
The stock was down 6.8% at 69.00p Friday.
