LONDON (Alliance News) - RTC Group PLC on Monday said its Chief Executive Andy Pendlebury on Friday disposed of 105,000 shares at 67.00 pence per share.
Following the transaction, Pendlebury now holds 693,633 shares or a 4.8% stake in RTC Group, the company said.
Shares in RTC Group closed up 5.0% at 73.00 pence on Monday.
