DIRECTOR DEALINGS: RSA Insurance Underwriting Director Sells Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - RSA Insurance Group PLC said Tuesday that Group Underwriting Director Nathan Williams sold 6,481 shares in the company at GBP6.13 per share.

The shares were sold on Monday. Williams' total shareholding following the sale was not disclosed.

Shares in the insurer were trading 0.8% higher at 620.00 pence on Tuesday afternoon.
