(Alliance News) - RPS Group PLC said Thursday Chief Executive Officer John Douglas, People Director Liza Kane, and someone closely associated with Kane purchased around GBP229,700 in shares in the company between them on Wednesday.
Douglas bought 181,339 shares at a price of 109.47 pence per share.
Kane acquired 20,000 shares for 109.23p each, while Robert Uprichard, a person closely associated with Kane purchased 9,400 shares at the same price.
Shares in the professional services firm were down 1.3% at 109.00 pence on Friday.
