LONDON (Alliance News) - Royal Mail PLC said Wednesday that the following, including Chairman Donald Brydon and Chief Executive Officer Moya Green, now hold the following interests in the company after its initial public offering:

The company said that directors made applications in the initial public offering for an amount equal to or greater than GBP500,000 in aggregate, and were awarded fewer shares than the applied for in accordance to its allocation policy.
All valid applications were satisfied in full up to a total number of shares worth GBP10,000 at the offer price. The company said that no directors of persons dispensing managerial responsibilities were given any priority application.
In addtition each was awarded 613 free shares as part of the company's employee free shares offer.
