LONDON (Alliance News) - Royal Mail PLC Friday said Chief Executive Moya Green and Chief Financial officer Matthew Lester were granted 108,357 shares and 98,797 shares, respectively, under its long term incentive plan.
The grant to Green has a current market value of GBP480,455, while the shares granted to Lester have a value of GBP438,066.
In addition, the company said 13 managers were also granted shares under the long term incentive plan, details of which follow:
