LONDON (Alliance News) - The Royal Bank of Scotland Group PLC said Monday that Chief Executive of UK Corporate Banking Christopher Sullivan had acquired 38 shares, and Head of International Banking EMEA Alison Rose acquired 30 shares, through the company's share incentive plan.
The shares were acquired at 333 pence each last Friday.
Shares in the bank closed down 2.1% at 319.88 pence Monday afternoon.
