LONDON (Alliance News) - Rotork PLC said Carol Davis, a connected person to Finance Director Mark Davis, bought 6,000 shares at a price of GBP1.694 per share Thursday.
Following this transaction, Davis holds a total beneficial interest in 203,624 shares.
Last week, shares in Rotork plummeted after it issued a profit warning, saying tough trading conditions in the third quarter had resulted in project delays and cancellations which meant its profit for the full year will miss expectations.
Shares in the actuators and flow control equipment maker were down 0.1% at 171.00p Thursday.
