DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Rolls Royce Executives Awarded, Sell Some Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Rolls-Royce Holdings PLC Thursday said a group of executives acquired shares under the 2012 Performance Related Award plan at a price of 1015.81 pence per share Wednesday, with some of them selling the allocation.
