(Alliance News) - Rio Tinto PLC said Wednesday that Non-Executive Director Megan Clark purchased around AUD49,523, or GBP26,108, in stock on the Australian Securities Exchange on Tuesday.
Clark bought 525 shares at AUD94.33 per share. It has not been disclosed how many shares she now holds following this transaction.
Shares in the Australian miner were down 1.7% at 4,145.5 pence on Wednesday in London, while its Sydney shares closed 0.8% lower at AUD94.91.
