LONDON (Alliance News) - Revolution Bars Group PLC said Chief Executive Rob Pitcher acquired 50,000 ordinary shares at a price of 116.25 pence per share on Wednesday.
The share purchase, worth GBP52,125, represents the entire shareholding of Pitcher in the bar operator.
Shares in the company closed flat at 115.00 pence each.
