LONDON (Alliance News) - Support-services giant Rentokil Initial PLC said Wednesday that Mike Brown, managing director of the company's Initial facilities services division, was awarded 244,899 shares and sold them all at 111 pence apiece.
The shares were the first and second tranches of a compensatory contractual share award granted to Brown on appointment.
The transactions, for less than 1% of the company's stock, took place Tuesday.
Shares in Rentokil were trading up 0.6% Wednesday, at 110.60 pence.
