LONDON (Alliance News) - Renold PLC on Wednesday said Finance Director Ian Scapens bought shares in the industrial chains and transmission products company.
In a transaction earlier this month, Scapens purchased 189,580 shares at a price of 26.37 pence each, worth GBP50,000.
Shares in Renold were trading 2.0% lower at 25.20p each on Wednesday.
