LONDON (Alliance News) - Renishaw PLC said Friday that Chief Executive Officer William Lee bought shares worth GBP37,933 in the precision instrument maker the day after its shares plummeted on a weak update.
Lee - CEO since January - acquired 1,000 shares at 3,793 pence each. Shares in FTSE 250-listed Renishaw were 3.2% higher at 3,850.00p on Friday.
The acquisition follows shares in Renishaw falling 10% on Thursday after a dramatically lower profit and revenue outlook from the firm.
