(Alliance News) - Redde Northgate PLC said Wednesday Chief Executive Officer Martin Ward and Non-Executive Chair Avril Palmer-Baunack bought shares.
On Tuesday, Ward bought 76,537 shares at a price of 261.31 pence, worth approximately GBP200,000. Following the transaction, Ward owns 1.6 million shares, representing 0.65% of issued share capital of the company.
Meanwhile Palmer-Baunack has purchased 49,413 ordinary shares at average price of 253 pence per share, totalling GBP125,000 and now has 49,413 shares representing 0.02% of the issued share capital of Redde.
Redde Northgate shares were trading 0.2% higher in London at 252.50 pence each on Wednesday.
