LONDON (Alliance News) - Redde PLC said Tuesday Chair Avril Palmer-Baunack, Chief Executive Martin Ward and Patricia Oakley - a person closely associated with Chief Financial Officer Stephen Oakley - purchased shares for a combined total of GBP122,262.
Palmer-Baunack bought 56,497 shares at 88.50 pence each, for a total of GBP49,999. She now holds 56,497 shares in the company.
Ward acquired the same amount, at the same price, as Palmer-Baunack - taking his total number of shares acquired in Redde to 4.0 million.
Oakley purchased 26,380 shares at 84.39p, for a total of GBP22,262. The Oakley's now own 2.0 million shares.
Shares in the support services group closed down 2.1% Tuesday at 88.07 pence each.
