DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Redde Chair, CEO, And CFO Buy Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Accident management and legal services firm Redde PLC on Thursday said its chair, its chief executive, and its chief financial officer purchased an aggregate of 60,191 shares for a total of GBP63,199.

Chair Avril Palmer-Baunack bought 23,837 shares at 104.88 pence per share for GBP25,000, bringing her total holding to 80.334 shares.

CEO Martin Ward bought 23,854 shares at 104.80p each for GBP24,999 bringing his total to 4.0 million shares, while CFO Stephen Oakley bought 12,500 shares at 105.61p each for GBP13,201, taking his holding to 2.90 million shares.

This is the second round of director dealings from the three board members and their associates announced this week. On Tuesday it was revealed that, Palmer, Ward, and Stephen Oakley's wife bought a combined GBP122,262 worth of shares.

Shares in Redde were up 6.9% at 103.80p on Thursday afternoon.
