LONDON (Alliance News) - Currency manager Record PLC Wednesday said Ogier Employee Benefit Trustee Ltd has acquired shares for Chief Executive James Wood-Collins and Finance Director Steve Cullen.
Wood-Collins acquired 42,883 shares, while Cullen acquired 8,340.
The shares were bought on Tuesday at 35.46 pence each under the group profit share scheme.
Ogier also bought 15,603 shares for Joel Sleigh, a senior manager at the company.
According to its financial calendar, Record's third-quarter trading update is due for Friday, January 17.
Record shares were Wednesday quoted at 35.65 pence, down 0.85 pence, or 2.3%.
