LONDON (Alliance News) - Royal Bank of Scotland Group PLC Tuesday said that Chief Executive Officer Ross McEwan had 454,106 shares vested, arising from a conditional share award as part of his compensation package when joining the company from Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
Out of the vested shares, McEwan sold 214,019 shares at a price of 340.20 pence per share to meet immediate tax liabilities arising on vesting.
RBS shares were trading 0.5% lower at 338.10 pence per share Tuesday afternoon.
