DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Raven Russia Executive Deputy Chairman Buys Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Raven Russia Ltd said on Tuesday that Executive Deputy Chairman Anton Bilton purchased shares in the property investment company in transaction on Monday.

Bilton bought 1.0 million shares at a price of 46.15 pence per share, worth GBP461,500.

Raven Russia shares were down 5.2% at 45.50p each on Tuesday.

Following the transaction, Bilton and his immediate family held 6.4% interest in the company, representing 42.4 million shares.
