LONDON (Alliance News) - Randall & Quilter Investment Holdings Ltd Thursday said Chief Financial Officer Tom Booth exercised share options over 159,745 shares.
Booth is retaining all the shares from the exercise, bringing his total shareholding in the company to 659,745 shares which represents a 0.92% holding.
The company has issued 309,745 new shares to satisfy these and other option exercises, which on admission to AIM will bring the total number of shares in the company in issue to 71.8 million, an increase of 0.4%. Of these, 298,338 shares are held by the Randall & Quilter Employee Benefit Trust which has waived voting rights.
As a result, the total number of voting rights will be 71.5 million.
Shares in the insurance products and services company were up 0.91% at 167.00 pence Thursday morning.
