LONDON (Alliance News) - Rambler Metals & Mining PLC said Non-Executive Director Glenn Poulter bought 3.0 million shares at a price of 3.75 pence per share on Tuesday.
Poulter's total shareholding was undisclosed.
The mining stock was up 3.5% at 3.88p Tuesday.
