Union Jack Oil PLC - UK onshore oil and gas exploration and production - Executive Director Joseph O'Farrell buys 211,000 shares at average 23.62p, worth GBP49,838, on Thursday. O'Farrell now has 1.9 million shares, a 1.7% stake.

Hollywood Bowl Group PLC - Hemel Hempstead, England-based ten-pin bowling operator - Non-Executive Director Ivan Schofield buys 10,000 shares at GBP2.45, worth GBP24,472, on Wednesday. Schofield now is interested in 154,691 shares, a 0.1% stake.

Premier Miton Group PLC - London-based asset manager - Chief Executive Officer Mike O'Shea buys 21,000 shares at average 176.32p, worth GBP37,027, on Wednesday.

Bivictrix Therapeutics PLC - Macclesfield, England-based drug development company specialising in cancer treatments - Non-Executive Chair Iain Ross buys 100,000 shares at average 19.42p, worth GBP19,420, on Wednesday. Ross now has 300,000 shares, a 0.5% stake. Bivictrix listed on AIM in August, raising GBP7.5 million and gaining a market capitalisation on admission of GBP13.2 million.
