LONDON (Alliance News) - Quintain Estates & Development PLC Monday said Investment Director Nigel Kempner sold 1.7 million shares at a price of GBP0.8532 per share Friday.
Kempner also sold 100,000 shares at GBP0.8600 each on Thursday. The total value of the two transactions equates to about GBP1.5 million gross.
Shares in the property investment company were trading at 86.00 pence up 0.9% Monday.
