LONDON (Alliance News) - Quindell PLC Monday said Chairman Robert Terry bought 500,000 shares at a price of 19.0 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Terry now holds a beneficial interest in 684.5 million shares, which represents 10.89% stake in the firm.
The company also said non-executive Vice Chairman Anthony Bowers bought 131,579 shares at the same price and now holds 1.5 million shares, which represents 0.02% of the share capital.
Shares in the insurance outsourcing company were trading down 18.5% at 19.95 pence Monday afternoon.
