LONDON (Alliance News) - Quindell PLC Thursday said Paul Stanley, a member of the company's Strategy and Integration Advisory Board, bought 500,000 shares at a price of 20 pence per share Wednesday.
Following this transaction, Stanley now holds 2.1 million shares, which represents 0.03% stake in the firm.
Directors and managers of Quindell have been buying shares in the past two weeks following a critical report by short-selling firm Gotham City Research.
Shares in the software company were flat at 19.25p Thursday morning.
