DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Quartix Holdings Director Peter Brown Sells Stock

LONDON (Alliance News) - Quartix Holdings PLC said its vehicle tracking systems Development Director Peter Brown sold shares in the company in a transaction on Monday.

Brown sold 10,000 shares at 363.50 pence each, worth GBP36,350.

Quartix shares closed up 0.3% at 368.00p per share on Monday.

Following the transaction, Brown holds a 0.24% interest, representing 115,000 shares, the company said.
