LONDON (Alliance News) - Publishing Technology PLC Monday said Chief Financial Officer Alan Moug sold 20,000 shares on Friday at 328 pence per share to partially finance a house purchase.
Following this share sale, Moug holds 456,795 shares in the the AIM-quoted provider of content systems, audience development and content delivery software and services to international publishers, information providers and academic institutions, representing approximately 5.4% of the total.
Publishing Technology shares closed Friday at 330.00 pence, up 2.50p.
