(Alliance News) - Insurer Prudential PLC on Wednesday said executive James Turner purchased shares worth nearly GBP350,000 in a deal on Tuesday.
Turner, who is Prudential's chief risk & compliance officer, snapped up 25,000 shares at a price of 1,389 pence each, for a total of GBP347,250.
Prudential did not say how many shares he now holds. Shares were up 0.1% on Wednesday at 1,390.50p apiece.
Prudential is currently in the process of demerging its UK and European business, M&G Prudential. M&G is set to join the London Stock Exchange later in October.
