LONDON (Alliance News) - Life insurer Prudential PLC said Non-Executive Director Adair Turner bought 1,500 shares at 1,178 pence each on Monday.
After the purchase Turner now holds 3,500 shares. He is the former head of City regulator, the Financial Services Authority, the body which preceded the Financial Conduct Authority.
Financial services stocks have come under selling pressure in the aftermath of last week's Brexit vote.
Prudential shares were down 10% at 1,111.00 pence on Monday.
