LONDON (Alliance News) - Provident Financial PLC Wednesday said Chief Executive Peter Crook's stake in the company has increased.
Crook now owns 173,609 unrestricted shares, a 0.123% stake.
He also owns 383,850 restricted shares, a 0.273% stake.
Kleinwort Benson (Jersey) Trustees Ltd subscribed for 74,466 ordinary shares and transferred the legal and beneficial interest to Crook in satisfaction of the basic award and the beneficial interest only to Crook in satisfaction of the matching award granted subject to and in accordance with the terms of the Provident Financial Performance Share Plan 2013, the company said.
The 74,466 shares were acquired at 1,899 pence a share Tuesday.
Meanwhile, Finance Director Charles Fisher upped his stake.
He now holds 105,359 unrestricted shares, a 0.075% stake, as well as 254,934 restricted shares, a 0.181% stake.
Kleinwort Benson (Jersey) Trustees Limited subscribed for 46,326 ordinary shares and transferred the legal and beneficial interest to Fisher in satisfaction of the basic award and the beneficial interest only to Fisher in satisfaction of the matching award granted subject to and in accordance with the terms of the Provident Financial Performance Share Plan 2013, the company said.
The shares were acquired at the same price as the Chief Executive's.
