LONDON (Alliance News) - Provident Financial PLC Tuesday said Chief Executive Peter Crook, Finance Director Andrew Fisher, and Managing Director of Provident subsidiary, Vanquis Bank, Michael Lenora, acquired 7 Partnership Shares and 1 Matching Share each, at a price of 1850.4938 pence per share on Monday as part of the Share Incentive Plan.
Following this transaction, Crook now holds 173,617 unrestricted shares and 383,850 restricted shares, Fisher now holds 105,367 unrestricted shares and 254,934 restricted shares, and Lenora now holds 120,563 unrestricted shares and 159,412 restricted shares.
The stock was trading at 1,875.00 pence per share, up 1.0% on Tuesday afternoon.
